He is the son of Emilio Tiongco y Medina and of Yolanda Solis y Hernandez, the daughter of Milagros Hernandez y Crisini and of Maximo Bernardo Solis y Africa, the son of Guillerma Africa y Macarandang and of Bernardo Solis y Metra, the son of Doña Jacoba Metra y San Miguel (2nd Wife) and of Don Celestino Solis y Delos Santos, the son of Doña Yrene Delos Santos y Sumulong and of Don Juan Solis y Sauza, the son of Don Fidel Solis y Buenviaje of Asturias, Spain and of Doña Maria Guadalupe Sauza y Delos Rios of Jalisco, Mexico, the sister of Don Santiago Sauza, the husband of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong, the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald, the 55th Governor-General of the Philippines of Alicante, Spain and from The Royal.& Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland.
As the well-respected city councilor of his hometown Sta. Rosa, Laguna, The Philippines, his remarkable efforts to protect the children from domestic abuses is truly a great work to be recommended for. He believes as well to stop the crimes committed by children and the domestic abuses experienced by children, these kind of children must be given a concrete solution and humane action where love and understanding will eventually filled them. Hence, a concern citizen can be a good parent for these children.
