The 2013 Excellence in Humanitarian Works was given to ALLAN TORREFRANCA y JUEZAN of Alabang, Muntinlupa City, The Philippines.

He is the son of Trinidad Juezan and Norberto Torrefranca Sr. y Sanchez, the son of Francisca Sanchez and of Baudillo Torrefranca y Pueblos, the son of Buenaventura Torrefranca and of Marcelina Pueblos y Mante, the daughter of of Doña Maria Dionisia Mante and of Don Damaso Damian Lorenzo Ygnacio Pueblos y Imperial, the eldest twin child and only son of Don Serafin Josef Pueblos y Ortega y Ortiz and of Doña Maria Josefina Genoveva Gertrudes Imperial y Sauza, the fifth child of Don Teodoro Vicente Luis Imperial y Ormaechea and of Doña Hilaria Maria Dela Vega Sauza y Berenguer de Marquina, the eldest child of Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios and of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong, the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald, the 55th Governor-General of the Philippines of Alicante, Spain and from The Royal & Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland.

His silent humanitarian works particularly among the common people of Sagbayan, Bohol, The Philippines are remarkably extraordinary. Visit the famous Sagbayan Peak in Bohol and you will know how famous this gentleman in helping people and in motivating them to succeed! Two thumbs up!

He is happily married to the former Delia Milan-Torrefranca of Nueva Ecija, The Philippines.
