The 2013 Excellence in Public Service was given to HAROLD IMPERIAL y ONG of Legazpi City, Albay, The Philippines.
He is the son of Helen Ong y Velasco and of Antonio Imperial Sr. y Samson, the son of Paz Samson y Jaucian and of Gregorio Imperial Sr. y Sanchez, the son of Doña Lina Fernandez (1st Wife) and of Don David Imperial y Monjardin, the son of Doña Emeteria Monjardin (2nd Wife) and of Don Sinforoso Dionisio Francisco Imperial y Sauza, the eldest son of Don Teodoro Vicente Luis Imperial y Ormaechea and of Doña Hilaria Maria Dela Vega Sauza y Berenguer de Marquina, the eldest child of Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios and of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong, the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald, the 55th Governor-General of the Philippines of Alicante, Spain and from The Royal.& Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland.
As a young vice governor of his native Albay, he already proves that he is very much worth of his public service. His countless remarkable works among his constituents is a source of inspiration and pride for the modern youth to follow his humble ways. He also supports the good health of his constituents through Smoke-Free Albay Campaign. and the tourism in his place becomes more progressive.
