Don Andres Ylagan y Quiambao, the 7th son of Don Rafael Brigido Ylagan and of Doña
Virginia Ysabel Quiambao y Sauza, The Philippines,
the daughter of Don Enrique Quiambao of Tarlac, The Philippines and of Doña Restituta Maria Del Carmen Sauza y Berenguer de Marquina, the 4th child of Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios and of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong, the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald, the 55th Governor-General of the Philippines of Alicante, Spain and from The Royal.& Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland.
At a young age, he serves with honesty and integrity the rich municipality of Lobo, Batangas, The Philippines as one its councilors. A deceased male / female descendant of the Sauza family and of the Familia Sauza-Berenguer de Marquina can also be nominated provide he / she died not more than (3) three consecutive years during his / her nomination.
