The 2013 Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong Lifetime Achievement Award was given to EDGARDO CHATTO y MIGRINO of Balilihan, Bohol, The Philippines.

He is the son of Victoria Migriño and of Ildadio Chatto y Ibarra, the son of Edwarda Ibarra and of Aurelio Chatto y Maranguez, the son of Teodora Maranguez and of Mateo Chatto y Quiñal, the son of Doña Maria Quiñal and of Don Placido Benigno Chato y Pueblos, the son of Juan Felipe Vicente Chato y Hala and of Doña Getrudes Soledad Maria Del Carmen Pueblos y Imperial, the eldest daughter and twin daughter of Don Serafin Josef Pueblos y Ortega y Ortiz and of Doña Maria Josefina Genoveva Gertrudes Imperial y Sauza, the fifth child of Don Teodoro Vicente Luis Imperial y Ormaechea and of Doña Hilaria Maria Dela Vega Sauza y Berenguer de Marquina, the eldest child of Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios and of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong, the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald, the 55th Governor-General of the Philippines of Alicante, Spain and from The Royal.& Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland.

He is the incumbent governor of the the paradise island of Bohol. He has a remarkable principle when it comes to public service. Aside from honesty and integrity, though the neighboring provinces of Bohol are getting highly industrialized, he and his provincial workers aim  and protect to maintain Bohol's natural beauty, cultures and traditions.

The Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong Lifetime Achievement Award is given to any living Sauza blooded individual who gave / gives humanitarian contribution / contributions to his / her place that up to now is / are recognized by his / her community. 

The 2012 Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong Lifetime Achievement Award was posted on 19 November 2012 during the 222nd birthday of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina - Sauza y Sumulong and the 203rd wedding anniversary of Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong and of Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios.

The Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong Lifetime Achievement Award for 2012 was given to Dr. Apolonia Merced Villamayor y Hernandez from the House of  Don Anselmo Benedicto Onofre Sauza y Berenguer de Marquina of Barrio Angono, Binangonan, Distrito de Morong, Provincia de Laguna, Filipinas and of Doña Aurea De Villa y Salud of San Juan de Bolboc, Provincia de Batangas, Filipinas. Dr. Apolonia Merced Villamayor y Hernandez is a medical doctor who continuously serves her community though she is octogenarian. She is from Angono, Rizal Province, The Philippines.  

Moreover, the Grand Matriarch of the Familia Sauza-Berenguer de Marquina in the Republic of the Philippines was Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong  who was born on 19 November 1790 at Cagsawa, Provincia de Albay, Filipinas. She died on 30 January 1900, Banwa, Batan, Provincia de Capiz (presently Aklan), The Philippines. She was buried at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Banwa, Batan, Provincia de Capiz (presently Aklan), The Philippines. She was the only child of Doña Demetria Sumulong y Lindo (21 June 1772, Antipolo, Filipinas - 01 February 1814, Cagsawa, Provincia de Albay, Filipinas) and of Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald (20 November 1736, Alicante, Spain - 10 October 1826, Alicante, Spain) from The Royal and Noble House of FitzGerald of Ireland who was married to Doña Maria Anstoategui y Barron in 1758 in Spain. Moreover, Señor Felix Berenguer de Marquina y FitzGerald was the 55th Governor-General of the Republic of the Philippines (1788-1793) and the Viceroy of New Spain (1800-1803).

The Grand Patriarch of the Familia Sauza-Berenguer de Marquina in the Republic of the Philippines was Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios who was born on 23 April 1777 at Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. He died on 25 December 1880 at Intramuros, Manila, Filipinas. He was buried at Parroquia de San Ignacio in Intramuros, Manila, Filipinas. He was the 22nd gobernadorcillo and the 7th alcalde capitan of Pueblo de Mariquina (presently Marikina City), Provincia de Tondo, Filipinas. He was one of the founders of the first paper mill in the Philippines. 

Don Santiago Sauza y Delos Rios and Doña Ysabel Berenguer de Marquina y Sumulong had 11 children. They lived and owned the Hacienda Sauza-Berenguer de Marquina (1809-1870). This was located along the riverbanks of Marikina from the present Tumana, Sto. Niño, Marikina City to Rosario, Pasig City, The Philippines. Presently, part of the Hacienda Sauza-Berenguer de Marquina is the resident block of the Sauza clan in Sto. Niño, Marikina City, The Philippines.
